How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a unique tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all inclusions and tags intact.
Do your sunglasses provide UV protection?
Yes, all Sunnies Studios sunglasses are equipped with UV400 protection to shield your eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays.
Can I get my Sunnies fitted with prescription lenses?
Selected optical frames are available for prescription lens upgrades at our physical boutiques. Online orders currently ship with non-prescription or blue light lenses only.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and various local e-wallets. Cash on delivery is also available for select regions.
How should I clean and care for my eyewear?
To keep your Sunnies in top shape, use the provided microfiber cloth for cleaning. Avoid using harsh chemicals or paper towels which may scratch the lenses.
